Khundrakpam Chinglen Singh is an accomplished leader and the recipient of numerous national and international awards celebrating his extraordinary efforts in social and financial development.

  • Institutional Experience: Has collaborated closely with leading national and international organizations, including MicroSave, MicroLife, FWWB-India, CML, Rang De, RGVN, D.light, Ascendo, and TATA Trusts.

  • Training & Governance: Participated in Training of Trainers (TOT) programs as well as the planning and implementation of SGSY under the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Government of India.

  • Core Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on field experience in microfinance, livelihood promotion, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and agricultural and horticultural activities.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Holds specialized expertise in solar energy gadgets and agro-horticultural economic activities.

  • Professional Development: Completed professional training programs conducted by NEDFi, CML, NABARD, Basix (IGS), TATA Trusts, SELCO, and Panasonic.

Naorem Landhoni Devi | Advisor

Naorem Landhoni Devi brings over 25 years of rich experience in microfinance, community organizing, and social service.

  • Recognition: Recipient of the Asian Excellence International Award (2014) along with multiple national-level awards of honor.

  • Community & Social Impact: A seasoned motivator and organizer of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs). Actively involved in women’s social issues and voluntary service for poor and rural communities.

  • Training Background: Completed specialized social and microfinance workshops with MicroSave, VVGNLI, and FWWB-India.
